Fire Official Hiddink Turkey

ISTANBUL - As expected, the contract of national team coach Guus Hiddink in Turkey finally ended. In his official site, the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) confirmed that the contracts handed cold Dutch coach has been disconnected.

Humiliating 0-3 defeat at home to Croatia in the playoffs finally bury the Turkish dream to qualify for Euro 2012. Turkey knocked out by agregrat 0-3 after the second meeting could only draw 0-0.

"After negotiations between the leadership of Guus Hiddink with the TFF board, finally reached an agreement to terminate the contract by mutual consent Guus Hiddink," said an official statement TFF.

"We want to thank Guus Hiddink for his work with the best and pray for him in the future," continued the statement.

Hiddink is contracted to Turkey since August 2010, is now rumored to be toned back to Chelsea. However, Hiddink did not dismiss that possibility would not be expected to replace Andre Villas Boas as a manager, but as director of football or advisor.

Failure of the 65-year-old coach in Turkey makes one wonder whether the touch midasnya ever brought to the Netherlands and South Korea 1998 World Cup semi-finals and 2002, Russia to the semifinals of Euro 2008, and Australia into the second round of the 2006 World Cup, has been lost or only a mere misfortune.
