Bento: Bosingwa & Carvalho Not Useful

Lisbon - The retainer of the Portugal national team is being happy for them to escape the Euro Cup 2012, but not for Jose Bosingwa and Ricardo Carvalho. Because the Portugal national team coach, Paulo Bento confirmed that they will only be a spectator only.

"Bosingwa and Ricardo at Euro 2012 Cup as a spectator. I'm not interested in them and the players were not too useful for me in charge," said Bento, as reported by the Mirror Football, Thursday (11/17/2011).

Previously, Bosingwa insists he will not play for the national team Potugal, during Bento is still sitting as a coach. However, Bento defended itself by assessing the Chelsea players had been pretending to injury, in order to avoid friendly against Argentina in February.

"Professional players should not have to pretend to be injured and Bosingwa did so no need to play against Argentina. To me, a player faked an injury to avoid calling the national team, is a serious act," he said.

While Carvalho himself, not selected in the squad for Portugal in the current conflict with Bento in August last, since he left the gym Portugal, before the Euro Cup 2012 qualifier.

Portugal is almost certain to qualify for next summer following a 6-2 victory over Bosnia-Herzegovina in Euro 2012 playoffs
