Spurs Fans Wilshere Challenge Bet

LONDON - Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is optimistic his team will finish above Tottenham Hotspur in the summer. He even dared to challenge the Spurs fans to bet with him through the social networking site, twitter.

Wilshere promised to donate money three thousand pounds for charity, if the Spurs can finish above the Gunners. However, if the opposite is true, then Wilshere ask Spurs fans gave each one pounds to donate.

"All the Spurs fans claiming they are above us in the league. (Competition) is a marathon, not a sprint!, "He said in the account @ JackWilshere.

"I say to you if Spurs finish above Arsenal I'll give you three thousand pounds for charity," continued the 19-year-old players.

"If Arsenal are on the Spurs, so any fans to follow the opponent that I have to give a pound and I'll give it to charity @ Jack_Marshall_," boasted Wilshere.

Wilshere was then asked for approval to the fans of The Lillyewhites. "Do we have agreed, THFC fans!?"

Both the Londoners were now in the best condition after passing through a difficult time at the beginning of the competition. Spurs are on the order of three standings after 2-0 win over Aston Villa, while the Gunners are now in seventh position of post-victory 2-1 over Norwich, last weekend.
