This is Madrid in El Clasico Formation

MADRID - Real Madrid assistant coach Aitor Karanka has confirmed that Los Blancoswill play a 4-3-3 formation in the El Clasico match against Barcelona on Sunday (12/11/2011) early morning hrs.

Although both goals machines Madrid, Gonzalo Higuain and Karim Benzema playingbrilliantly lately, but there will be room for only one striker, Los Merengues reportedlylowers Angel Di Maria on the left side line of attack Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo on the right side to balance their positions in attack .

Karanka, which replace Jose Mourinho at the pre-match press conference also revealed that the filling midfield in the first minute pertadningan yet to be decided by Madrid coachJose Mourinho.

"We will play 4-3-3, with Di Maria, Cristiano and 'Pipe' (Higuain) or Karim," explainedassistant coach Karanka Madrid as reported by Goal, Saturday (12/10/2011).

"And then there are options also lower, (Mesut) Ozil and Kaka, Xabi (Alonso), Lass(Diarra) and (Sami) Khedira," he said.

Ahead of El Clasico match, Madrid occupies the top spot in La Liga, three points clear ofBarcelona and played one game fewer than Pep Guardiola. A draw would not be adisastrous outcome for the home side, however, Karanka confirmed that Madrid will onlyfight for a victory.

"We're not looking for a draw," said the former Real Madrid central defender this. Wealways want to win all our matches, "he said.

"The best proof that the last (against Ajax), on Wednesday in the Champions Leaguewhen we were still struggling to win even though we've certainly qualify as group winners,"he said.

Madrid beat Barca in the final of the Copa del Rey last season, but the kids managed toeliminate the Catalan Spanish capital club in the Champions League semi-finals of 2010-2011.
