Cole Confident Lille Answer Critics

Lille - Lille midfielder Joe Cole believes that his team has what it takes to oppose criticism of their performances so far to get away from the Champions League group phase.
 
Lille who are in group B will host Trabzonspor on Thursday (8/12/2011) early morning hrs. The game is the last party in the group at once decisive step last season's French champions to advance to the knockout phase.
 
Lille must win if they want to qualify, it was with a record of CSKA Moscow failed to win against Inter Milan at the time.
 
Cole who is currently on loan from Liverpool, told French TV program Telefoot, winning the match is very important to their hopes of making a big impact changes in domestic competition.
 
"I think it is a very important game for the club to show our progress by playing in the Champions League," said Cole are like reported by Soccerway on Wednesday (07/12/2011).
 
"I think we were not very lucky at the start of the competition. People doubted us, but we have the opportunity to change direction and to qualify, which would be a great achievement for Lille," said the former Chelsea player.
 
"Everyone wants to make sure that what happened will go well and we are very motivated by this challenge," he said.
 
Lille has collected five points from five matches in which they live in the Champions League, the difference is only one point behind Trabzonspor. CSKA Moscow also collected five points, while Inter Milan are assured of qualifying for the knock-phase and the group winners, which stood at 10 points.
