Buffon Equate Previous Appearances Dino Zoff

ROME - Games trials tonight against Uruguay will be significantly important for Gianluigi Buffon. Buffon will record 112th appearance for the Azzurri as well costumed to match the legend Dino Zoff nicks.
"Only two or three years ago I began to realize that I can catch him. However, when I made his debut for Italy in 1997 and then everything was like a dream for me, "said Buffon quoted from the Goal, Tuesday (15/11/2011).

With 112 appearances, Buffon became the third player ever to play for the common Italian. He only lost to Paolo Maldini and Fabio Cannavaro, each of which has been carved 136 caps and 126 appearances for the Azzurri.
