"There is an offer from Barcelona last year where I do not hide it," Wenger said as quoted by the Tribal Football.
"This year there is no more supply (from Barcelona). My main desire is to maintain Fabregas at Arsenal. For me he is the best midfielder in the world and we will build a team around him," Wenger lid.
