Fernando Hierro So General Manager Malaga

Fernando Hierro was appointed Malaga to become general manager of the club for four seasons. Hierro will begin its work in August.

Hierro said he was happy with the new challenges that had with Malaga and hopes to carry out their duties properly.

"Malaga has an ambitious project, interesting and very promising and I'm very lucky to be part of all this," said Hierro, Friday (15 / 7).

Hierro has just completed his tenure as director of the Spanish national team sports before accepting an offer from Malaga.

There is also the club Malaga become the busiest in the transfer market and has just signed a new contract with Manuel Pellegrini who make it last until 2015.
