Rome planting Valdes...

Sporting Gijon defender off one of his, Jose Angel Valdes. Through the transfer market this summer, the La Liga club's official selling young Spanish defender to Roma.

In a statement on the official website of Sporting Gijon, as reported by the Italian Football, Tuesday (07/19/2011), Valdes had to say good bye to all his teammates, before flying to Italy.

Valdes arrival to Rome, which starts next season allenatore handled Luis Enrique, is projected to replace John Arne Riise, who again take part in the Premier League and join Fulham.
