Beckham: Just Replace Scholes Sneijder

LOS ANGELES - Wesley Sneijder had been a successor to David Beckham at Real Madrid. No wonder if Beckham knew Sneijder capacity.

Rumors of interest in Manchester United against Sneijder was greeted enthusiastically by Beckham. Lineman who is now defending the Los Angeles Galaxy believes the presence of Sneijder will add strength to the Red Devils.

"Sneijder talented player. He was a good man and I am sure he will fit in with United. He can do a good job there, without a doubt, "said Beckham.

Sneijder is projected to fill the place left by Paul Scholes (retired). For Beckham, the Dutch international midfielder is an appropriate figure to be successor to Scholes.

"Scholes is a player with great talent and he will be missed. They should have a special someone (for a successor to Scholes-ed), "he said, quoted by The Sun on Monday (7/25/2011).
