As reported by the Daily Mail, Spurs have made a step which is quite surprising to get Cahill this summer.
Spurs intend to prevent the possibility of the England international to join their city rivals, Arsenal, by offering four players as a tool to streamline the exchange of their opportunities to pick Cahill.
