Newcastle Barton Ready to Receive Again

Newcastle - Careers with Newcastle United's Joey Barton is not completely threatened. Toon Army manager, Alan Pardew, said he still opened the door for Barton to return.

Barton's name be included in the transfer of Newcastle this weekend. It happened after contract negotiations between the two sides deadlocked.

Once inserted into the list of sale, Barton then expressed his frustration through Twitter.

The situation looks bad, and Barton was most likely going to really leave. However, Pardew is still hopeful that Barton could continue to survive.

"I never close the door to anyone and I also did not close the door for Joey," Pardew's comments as reported by BBC Sports.

"He practiced with the team 'development' today. But who knows he will soon be practicing again with the first team," added Pardew explained the current status of Barton.

Still through Twitter, Barton had claimed that the club fined two week's worth of salary. Both Barton and Newcastle did not explain the reasons for fines imposed.

"Joey is a great player and you definitely want to have great players on the team," said Pardew, whose team will serve in the first game Arsenal English Premier League, 13 August.

"It is important for a football club to move together toward one goal. At this time, Joey did not move to one common goal," said Pardew.
