Arsenal's captain Robin van Persie hailed Mikel Arteta brilliant performance at the Emirates since joining from Everton.
Van Persie Arteta assess the role of reading is very vital game at Arsenal. The Spanish player is assessed a major contribution through his intelligence in the Arsenal midfield.
"What I really like is the moment where you can see the players level of play up a level and so does their confidence. I can realize it in the team," said Van Persie told Arsenal Official Matchday Programme.
"For example, Mikel Arteta played very well. He's very intelligent. He knows when to come forward and he knows when to retreat to the rear."
"Sometimes Alex Song to help the attack, and because of his experience, Mikel can read the game perfectly, know when to come forward, when to help the team out of pressure, or when to give feedback to others."
