Kaka rejects calls Mano Menezes

Brazil coach Mano Menezes said, Kaka personally requested to not be included into the team's Copa America this July.

Kaka used the excuse of recovery in the knees so that the former Milan star could return to his best form.

Menezes said, Kaka decided to rest and focus on the preparation for next season with Real Madrid, so he could return to play to the highest level.
