Mancini Reply The Critics question City Transfer Policy

Roberto Mancini's reply to criticism of the critics of development policy transfer of Manchester City, with a claim if their rivals do the same, but the City still looking for ways to build the squad by bringing in young players.
Mancini claimed if Manchester City are treated unfairly because of how they spend the funds transfer large enough to open the way to elite soccer club to pursue their desire to win a trophy champion again for the first time since 35 years.
City became the richest club in the world after its ownership was taken over by Sheikh Mansour's two and a half years ago, and since then the City is known for generous funds poured in the history of football matches.
Capital invested by the City will pay off if the City could beat Stoke City in the FA Cup final, after the City got rid of Manchester United in the semi-finals which take place at Wembley in a match that took place on the weekend (16 / 4).
Mancini insisted that Chelsea and United, also issued a transfer of funds large enough to bring success to their club. Mancini also believes that the City receive much more negative things because of expenses incurred by the club as compared with the two rival City.
"Many times I am often asked about the big spending that we do, but we do not buy Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi. We buy young players, the players are pretty good," said Mancini was quoted as saying ESPNSoccernet.
"All the players have to develop better again, because this is their first year playing in the Premier League. If I'm not mistaken, a few years ago when the fantastic players coming to England, such as Eric Cantona, initially equally hard," he added .
But with the amount of money spent to buy good players, Mancini under pressure to bring instant success to Eastlands, with a minimum demand in the Champions League next season.
Mancini believes City can finish this season ranked in the top four and re-affirm if they are able to win a trophy the FA Cup winners, then it is able to inspire a fleet of the Citizens to compete for the Premier League title next season.
"I think managers need time, because within a year, we can not build a strong team. It's important for us to continue to grow throughout the week," said Mancini.
Mancini hopes City can win a trophy the FA Cup winners, as a sign to end trophy famine the Citizens for 35 years. In addition, Mancini also hopes to reduce the banner that stretched United's supporters at Old Trafford which shows the failure of City to win a trophy winner every year for 35 years.
"We were able to deal with them when playing with a very strong and concentrate fully. If not, they were able to win the game because they are more experienced. But now, we're working and getting closer to them," said Mancini.
"Within 90 minutes, anything can happen. If we play with the same spirit, then we can win. If not, we will lose. I want them to immediately remove the banners, because we strive to be removed in this year," he concluded .
