Cesc: Gunners Being at Crossroa

Cesc Fabregas is confident Arsenal are on the crossroads and admitted that he felt frustrated because the Gunners have not won the championship trophy over the years.
Spanish international player does not work to help the Gunners to end their title drought and Arsenal are now entering the sixth year without a title after the last time they won the FA Cup in 2005.
Hope Arsenal to win four trophies this season champion has run aground, with defeats in the suffering of Birmingham, Barcelona and Manchester United's ambitions in a short time to end the Gunners to win a trophy winners Carling Cup, Champions League and FA Cup.
And now with Manchester United who are favorites to win the Premier League title this season, Fabregas believes the opportunity to change direction and mentality needed by foster children Arsene Wenger at the Emirates Stadium.
Gunners midfielder was inspiring to feel that the club must make a decision about their desire to win a trophy champion or just develop talent young players.
"Since 2007, I already said that we were not trying to win trophies, but we're trying to play my best. And then you realize that it is no use at all," said Fabregas in Spanish-language magazine Don Balon.
"You enjoy yourself, during the phase of the championship, as in this year as an example, where we are in four different football competitions and said that we were able to achieve everything," he continued.
"But when we reached its peak, it all disappeared and now it's time to make a decision, whether to continue to win or just to develop players," he added.
Fabregas also believes that the Gunners camp lacks some important things to be able to challenge the dominance of Manchester United and Chelsea, who have enjoyed success in the last few seasons.
"It's very hard for to be able to compete with United and Chelsea. To me, this is more a lack of winning mentality which is owned by the players, and also maturity in important moments," said Fabregas.
"We have many quality players but lack confidence. The problem is that teams need to win something. That's why it is very important for us to win the Carling Cup," he added.
"We need the cup to give confidence to the team. Robin van Persie has never won the FA Cup as well as with me, but his other teammates has never been champion ever to win a trophy," he explained.
"We lost the ability to say that now it was time to win something and know exactly what it takes to win," he concluded.
