Fergie: Away Goal Is Great Gain

The 1-0 victory achieved by Manchester United from Chelsea makes Sir Alex Ferguson satisfied. For him one away goal is a big advantage for his team ahead of the second meeting next week.

"It's a nice advantage. I think it is very important to score away," Fergie said in a press conference after the match at Stamford Brigde, quoted by Sky Sports. "Of course this is still half way but perilkau we must continue and win the match at Old Trafford next Tuesday"

In a duel of two of the top English clubs, Wayne Rooney became a hero by creating the only goal of victory. But according to Fergie, Rooney is not the only player who deserves praise.

"He has the desire and hunger to play. He always had it," Ferguson said Rooney commented. "This is another good game from him along with all the players. They are worthy of congratulation, It's great."
