Garrido: Porto to the Final Wonder

After his team tesingkir of Europa League after a 4-7 aggregate defeat of Porto, Villarreal coach, Juan Carlos Garrido, revealed that Porto deserved to qualify for the Europa League final this season.

Villarreal managed to win the second leg semi-final with the score 3-2 at El Madrigal on Friday (6 / 5) early morning hrs. However, they still must be eliminated because it lost 5-1 when they travel to Portugal in the first leg.

Garrido certainly disappointed with the removal of The Yellow Submarine in the last four Europa League. However, he said that his opponent in the semifinals is indeed deserve to qualify for European competition final.

"They (Porto) win and deserve it. I congratulate to Porto who has done remarkable job with a victory in this round. We've fought with all we can do," Garrido said as reported by Goal.com.

Speaking about their victory at El Madrigal early this morning, Villarreal coach said, "We played a good game and look to play well in front of the fans. Today I see the fans believe in this team. I appreciate the fans who support the team .

At the party Europa League summit in Dublin next May 18, Porto will face compatriot rival, Braga, who qualified for the finals after win over Benfica aggressiveness away goal with an aggregate score of 2-2.
