Siniša Mihajlović: Decent Milan Wins

Siniša Mihajlović said Fiorentina coach has done all that could be done, but AC Milan deserve to win the match.

"I can not ask more than that to my players. All I can do is demonstrate the fact that Milan are the strongest team we faced all season," said Mihajlovic.

Milan won 2-1 at the Stadio Franchi, despite Zlatan Ibrahimovic rewarded a red card and I Rossoneri play under pressure.

Clarence Seedorf opened the scoring for Milan eighth minute. Alexandre Pato doubled the advantage minutes to-41. Rossoneri still have some more opportunities to increase the advantage, but no additional goals.

In the second half, Juan Manuel Vargas change the position to be 2-1. Fiorentina continued to press, creating tension in the Milan back line.

According to Mihajlovic, Fiorentina played scared in the first round. As a result, Milan's midfield controlled freely.

In the second half, still according to the Serbian coach, Fiorentina perform better and can score one goal.

"Entering the final ten minutes, Fiorentina player fatigue and unable to continue to pressure from both wings, as I want," complained Mihajlovic.
